  • De dageljkse planning van de bemaningsleden op de schepen;
  • Je staat in voor de communicatie tussen het kantoor en het schip;
  • Je hebt steeds een vlotte communicatie met de bemaningsleden (DUI/ENG/NL...);
  • Je schakelt snel bij onverwachte problemen;
  • Administratieve verwerking van dossiers;
  • ...

De ideale kandidaat bezit volgende kwaliteiten:

  • Je hebt eerdere werkervaring binnen een soortgelijke functie;
  • Je bent vloeiend Nederlands- en Duitstalig - andere talen zijn een pluspunt;
  • Je bent flexibel en kan snel schakelen tussen verschillende taken.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en nauwkeurig;
