Wij zoeken een Crewing Coördinator die ervoor zorgt dat de juiste freelancers op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn voor onze offshore projecten. Als fulltime Crewing Coördinator ben jij de spil binnen de crewing afdeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning en coördinatie van freelance specialisten en ondersteunt bij de werving wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast houd je certificaten en persoonsgegevens up-to-date, regel je vluchten en hotels en zorg je dat de administratie rondom onze freelancers klopt. Je werkt nauw samen met Project- en Managers en ondersteunt de commerciële afdeling met actuele informatie tijdens aanbestedingen. Wat ga je doen? - Plannen en coördineren van freelancers voor verschillende offshore projecten; - Werven van externe freelancers, eventueel via externe bureaus; - Beheren en up-to-date houden van certificaten, persoonsgegevens en projectgegevens; - Boeken en organiseren van vluchten en hotels voor freelancers; - Monitoren van competenties en performance-evaluaties; - Aanleveren van actuele informatie aan de commerciële afdeling tijdens aanbestedingen; - Controleren en verwerken van binnenkomende facturen; - Samenwerken met Project- en Discipline Managers om de juiste mensen op het juiste moment beschikbaar te hebben.
