Als CRM Applicatie Specialist MS Dynamics bouw je vanaf de implementatiefase mee aan een toekomstbestendige CRM-omgeving voor wereldwijd gebruik. Je verbindt business en IT, vertaalt gebruikersbehoeften naar slimme oplossingen en helpt collega's om meer waarde uit de systemen te halen. - Een eenjarig contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband - Een salaris dat past bij je ervaring en achtergrond, zonder vast bedrag - Flexibele werktijden en de mogelijkheid om gedeeltelijk thuis te werken In deze rol werk je als CRM & Power Platform Specialist aan de internationale toepassing van Dynamics 365 CE binnen Denkavit. Je ondersteunt Sales, Marketing en Customer Service en werkt samen met interne belanghebbenden en externe implementatiepartners. Vanuit jouw rol draag je bij aan digitaliseringsprojecten rond innovatie, procesverbetering en samenwerking. - Je draagt bij aan de wereldwijde implementatie van Dynamics 365 CE - Je configureert en beheert de modules Sales, Customer Service en Marketing - Je ontwikkelt oplossingen met Power Apps en Power Automate - Je onderzoekt de toepassing van Microsoft Copilot en AI - Je coördineert wijzigingen, releases en verbeterprojecten Over het bedrijf Denkavit is specialist in voeding voor jonge dieren en voergrondstoffen.
