Adviseren, analyseren & realiseren. Veelal voor maatschappelijk relevante klanten! Campagnemanager én projectmanager! In deze zeer afwisselende functie help je onze klanten met het realiseren van relevante klantinteractie en waardevolle klantrelaties. Je vertaalt wensen en doelstellingen in slimme ideeën en een praktische aanpak. Vanuit businessdoelstellingen sla je bruggen naar wat er aan technologie, data en content nodig is en je stuurt de realisatie hiervan projectmatig aan. Je geeft adviezen en training, maar helpt verschillende klanten ook in praktische zin om succesvolle klantinteractie te realiseren. Bijvoorbeeld door het inregelen van campagneflows, het maken van selecties, het inrichten van dashboards of het uitdenken en verbeteren van bestaande CRM gerelateerde processen. Daarmee is dit een hele brede functie, van analyseren en adviseren tot creatief bedenken en daadwerkelijk realiseren. Je doet je werk vanaf kantoor of huis, maar het kan ook zijn dat je een of twee dagen per week bij klanten op locatie werkt. Maatschappelijke opdrachtgevers waar je het verschil maakt De opdrachtgevers zijn veelal middelgrote organisaties die een positieve bijdrage leveren aan mens en wereld: culturele instellingen, goede doelen en bijvoorbeeld bibliotheken. Je doet dus niet enkel werk dat je leuk vindt, maar je draagt ook direct bij aan de groei van organisaties die de maatschappij verrijken. Inmiddels helpt deze agency al meer dan 90 van dit soort organisaties met het efficiënter structureren van data en het automatiseren van campagnes en andere bedrijfsprocessen.
