DEINE AUFGABEN

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems Microsoft Dynamics inklusive Kundensegmentierung, Mailings und automatisierter Customer Journeys * Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von B2B-Newslettern sowie CRM-Kommunikation für unsere Webshop-Kund:innen * Fachliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Webshops, Websites auf Basis von Magento und Storyblok, Webshop-App und Marktplätze wie Amazon und Shöpping * Konzeption und Umsetzung von Landingpages, Kampagnenseiten, Promotions und digitalen Verkaufsmaßnahmen * Laufende Optimierung von Customer Journey, Nutzerführung, Conversion und digitalen Prozessen Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Google Ads und Performance-Kampagnen für Del Fabro Kolarik und feingeist.at * Zentrale Schnittstelle zu IT, Development sowie externen Digital- und Webshop-Agenturen * Koordination von Weiterentwicklungen von Anforderung und Briefing über Priorisierung und Testing bis zum Go-live * Betreuung weiterer digitaler Tools und Schnittstellen, z. B. unseres Preislistentools * Eigenständiges Erkennen und Vorantreiben von Optimierungs- und Weiterentwicklungspotenzialen sowie Sicherstellung einer markenkonformen Umsetzung

DAMIT KANNST DU ÜBERZEUGEN

* Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im E-Commerce, CRM, Digital Platform Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle * Du hast Erfahrung mit Magento, Storyblok oder vergleichbaren Shop- und CMS-Systemen * Du kennst Microsoft Dynamics oder ein vergleichbares CRM-System aus der Praxis * Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Webshops, Websites, digitale Customer Journeys und deren Zusammenspiel mit. * Du verfügst über ein technisches Grundverständnis und arbeitest gerne mit IT, Entwickler:innen und Agenturen zusammen * Du hast Erfahrung im E-Mail-Marketing, in der Segmentierung und in der automatisierten Kundenkommunikation. Du kennst dich mit Google Ads und Performance Marketing aus * Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und eigenständig * Du möchtest Themen nicht nur betreuen, sondern aktiv weiterentwickeln und vorantreiben
