Das erwartet Dich * Verantwortung für die Integration, Weiterentwicklung sowie den Betrieb des B2B Sales CRM-Systems innerhalb der bestehenden IT-Landschaft * Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen B2B Sales CRM-Strategie mit dem Ziel, langfristige Kund*innenbeziehungen aufzubauen sowie bestehende Vertriebsprozesse kontinuierlich zu optimieren * Planung, Steuerung und Analyse von CRM- und Vertriebsaktivitäten für Neu- und Bestandskund*innen mit Fokus auf Kund*innenbindung, Neukund*innengewinnung und Rückgewinnung * Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen zur Abbildung des bestehenden Kund*innendatenmanagements im CRM-System (Mapping) sowie Aufbau und Ableitung von detaillierten Reports und Analysen * Leitung und Begleitung von IT-Projekten unter Anwendung agiler, klassischer oder hybrider Projektmanagement-Methoden inklusive der fachbereichsübergreifenden Koordination von Vertrieb, IT und weiteren Unternehmensbereichen (Schnittstellenfunktion) * Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu internen Stakeholdern auf Management- und Führungsebene sowie zielgerichtete Kommunikation mit relevanten Entscheidungsträger*innen

Das bringst Du mit * Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt IT, Wirtschaft oder Digitalisierung oder gleichwertige kaufmännische bzw. technische Ausbildung * Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung als CRM Manager*in bzw. Projektleiter*in * Erfahrung in der Anwendung und Optimierung von CRM-Systemen, insbesondere im B2B-Bereich * Vertiefte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (idealerweise: Microsoft Dynamics) sowie CRM/Sales Strategie * Kenntnisse im agilen Projektmanagement (z.B. Scrum, Kanban), sowie Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z.B. IPMA Level D) von Vorteil. * Ausgeprägte Kund*innen- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke. * Den Wunsch, gemeinsam mit der Wiener Stadtwerke-Gruppe, Wien klimafit für die Zukunft zu machen.

Das bieten wir Dir Gehalt Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.562,88 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (Wiener Stadtwerke Kollektivvertrag, Besoldungsordnung B, Schema I, Gehaltsgruppe H), abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
