Dan is Van Cranenbroek op zoek naar jou als CRM en Loyalty Specialist! Wat ga je doen? Van Cranenbroek is een familiebedrijf met vijf filialen in Nederland en België en ongeveer 1.000 medewerkers. Vanaf het hoofdkantoor in Budel wordt alles geregeld wat de winkels en de webshop draaiende houdt, van inkoop en marketing tot logistiek en e-commerce. Als CRM en Loyalty Specialist zorg jij ervoor dat we onze klanten steeds beter leren kennen en hen op het juiste moment relevante communicatie kunnen sturen. Je vertaalt klantdata en inzichten naar slimme campagnes, persoonlijke klantreizen en effectieve marketing automation. Je denkt mee over de CRM-strategie, maar zet net zo goed zelf de campagnes en customer journeys op, analyseert de resultaten en verbetert ze stap voor stap. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen data, marketing, e-commerce en onze winkels. Van een slimme klantsegmentatie tot een geautomatiseerde campagne: jij zorgt ervoor dat we onze klanten steeds beter bereiken én vaker laten terugkomen.
