The posting

Namens onze klant is Randstad Professional op zoek naar een lead management & support consultant voor de activiteiten binnen Benelux. Dit is een project startende dit jaar, voor tot eind 2026, met een beoogde verlenging van 1 of 2 jaar in het marcom team.

Je bent de brug tussen het centrale CRM-team, de lokale verkoopteams en het dealernetwerk binnen de Benelux. Jouw primaire focus ligt op het optimaliseren van de customer journey, het beheren van leadgeneratiecampagnes en het ondersteunen van dealers om hun rendement uit CRM365, de Sales App en het CX-portaal te maximaliseren. Daarnaast vertaal je KPI-data naar concrete, commerciële inzichten.

Jouw competenties;

  • Opleiding en ervaring: Je hebt ervaring in een CRM-gestuurde rol, sales operations of als customer experience specialist. Een eerste werkervaring waarbij je de juiste commerciële en technische inzichten hebt opgedaan is vereist. Ervaring binnen een B2B-dealernetwerk (zoals automotive, landbouw of industriële machines) of ervaring met internationale teams is een plus, maar de technische CRM-skills primeren.
  • Technische skills: Je hebt een solide, aantoonbare kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 marketing automation en lead capture. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met business intelligence tools (of equivalenten zoals Power BI) om commerciële KPI's op te volgen en te interpreteren.
  • Talenkennis: Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (drietalig). Nota: Indien je Frans matig is maar je beschikt over ijzersterke technische skills, nodigen we je eveneens uit om te solliciteren
