En zoek jij een uitdaging waarin je niet alleen A/B-testen draait, maar regisseur bent van de complete CRO-infrastructuur? Als CRO Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, stroomlijnen en schalen van het gehele conversie-optimalisatieproces voor onze e-commerce platforms in Nederland, België en Duitsland , waarbij online en onze fysieke winkels nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn. Wat deze rol écht uniek maakt, is onze uitgesprokenseizoensdynamiek : - Het Laagseizoen : focus op fundamenten bouwen. Je analyseert diepgaande data, richt onze nieuwe A/B-testtool in, vult de hypothesebank en stroomlijnt het gehele proces met onze UX-, Data- en Marketingteams. - Het Hoogseizoen : maximaliseren van test-output: Je schroeft de test velocity maximaal op. Met oog voor MDE en sample sizes, laat je continue A/B-testen draaien op verschillende pagina's om conversies en inzichten te maximaliseren. Wat ga jij doen? Als CRO Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van de prestaties van onze webshops. Je onderzoekt waar bezoekers afhaken, ontdekt nieuwe kansen en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete optimalisaties. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's én een externe UX- en development partner. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Opzetten en uitbouwen van het CRO-proces t.b.v. hoge test velocity in het hoogseizoen: - Analyseren van websiteprestaties en gebruikersgedrag - Signaleren van kansen om de conversie en klantbeleving te verbeteren. - Opzetten, prioriteren en begeleiden van A/B-testen en optimalisaties. - Vertalen van data en klantinzichten naar onderbouwde verbeteradviezen. - Coördine...
