ITZU Executive Search is gemandateerd om een Cross-functional Quality Manager te rekruteren die strategisch inzicht combineert met operationele daadkracht. Deze rol is essentieel om de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie te ondersteunen en haar sterke positie binnen technische textiel voor beschermende kleding, werkkleding en gespecialiseerde industriële toepassingen te bestendigen.

De organisatie staat bekend om haar hoogwaardige technische textieloplossingen en geïntegreerde productieaanpak, met sterke focus op kwaliteit, traceerbaarheid en naleving van internationale normen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Het bedrijf zoekt een Cross-functional Quality Manager die optreedt als bewaker van de kwaliteitsbeloften.

In deze hands-on en strategische rol houd je toezicht op productkwaliteit in alle productiestadia – spinnen, weven, verven en afwerken – en werk je nauw samen met productieoperators, R&D-teams, laboratoria en onderaannemers.

Je vertaalt inzichten naar concrete acties, zodat de producten voldoen aan Europese normen en aan de hoge verwachtingen van klanten, waaronder belangrijke overheidsinstellingen en beschermende diensten.

Je coacht en inspireert teams en bevordert een cultuur van continue verbetering.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Consistente productkwaliteit waarborgen op alle productiestadia en locaties.
  • Kwaliteitsgegevens van verschillende sites analyseren, verbeterpunten identificeren en praktische oplossingen implementeren.
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen productie, R&D, laboratoria en onderaannemers.
  • Teams op de werkvloer coachen en ondersteunen om een kwaliteitsgerichte mindset te verankeren.
  • Initiatieven voor continue verbetering opzetten, gebaseerd op reële productie-uitdagingen.

Deze functie combineert strategisch toezicht met operationele betrokkenheid. Rapportagelijnen zijn duidelijk en het senior management waardeert transparantie, pragmatisme en meetbare impact.

  • Sterke technische achtergrond in textiel, met industriële of hands-on ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in kwaliteitsmanagement binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Analytische, pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en samenwerkingsvermogen, effectief werkend met zowel productieteams als senior management.
  • Taalvereiste: Nederlands of Frans, aangevuld met Engels.
