CSA medewerker Amsterdam Wij zijn op zoek naar een CSA medewerker in Amsterdam die in loondienst aan de slag wil! Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker steriele medische hulpmiddelen ben je een belangrijke spil op de centrale sterilisatieafdeling (CSA) en daarmee essentieel binnen het operatieproces. Jouw grootste uitdaging en verantwoordelijkheid ligt in het reinigen, desinfecteren en steriliseren van medische hulpmiddelen. Jij bent samen met de andere CSA-medewerker dé expert die de centrale sterilisatieafdeling veilig en volgens de juiste protocollen beheerst. Je voert controles uit en stelt de sets samen. Dankzij jouw deskundigheid, ruime ervaring en gestructureerde toewijding zijn de ingeplande chirurgische ingrepen mogelijk. Dat is een flinke verantwoordelijkheid, maar wel één die jij bewust en vol zelfvertrouwen uitvoert. Jouw professionele werk zorgt er bovendien voor dat de medisch specialisten en het OK-team op jouw expertise kunnen bouwen. Dit krijg je: - Een mooi startsalaris afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding met een range van €3.070,- tot €4.150,- (en waarin je uiteindelijk kunt doorgroeien naar maximaal €4.330,- bruto per maand (bij 40 uur per week); - 26 verlofdagen (op basis van 40 uur per week) en optie voor het kopen van meer verlof, zodat je volop van je vakantie kunt genieten; - Een jaarcontract met uiteraard uitzicht op een contract voor onbepaalde tijd; - De mogelijkheid om trainingen en/of workshops te volgen omdat we jouw ontwikkeling belangrijk vinden; Een NS Businesscard waarmee je met het OV van en naar het werk kan reizen. OV geen optie?
