Wij bieden verpleegkundigen, paramedici, artsen en medisch specialisten banen in binnen- en buitenland. Sinds 2001 is TMI uitgegroeid tot een groot (inter)nationaal detachering- en bemiddelingsbureau, volledig gespecialiseerd in de zorgsector. Inmiddels zijn we naast Nederland ook actief in Duitsland, Zwitserland, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Sint Maarten en Suriname. Het grootste deel van onze werkzaamheden ligt echter nog steeds binnen Nederland. Ons grote netwerk van ziekenhuizen, klinieken, verpleeghuizen, RAV's en apotheken biedt jou talloze mogelijkheden! Functieomschrijving Ben jij nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en klaar om een onmisbare schakel te zijn in veilige operatieve zorg? Voor een ziekenhuis in Tilburg zoeken wij een CSA medewerker voor 27 tot 36 uur per week. Je gaat zo snel mogelijk aan de slag, met een verwachte duur van zes maanden. Als CSA medewerker werk je op de centrale sterilisatieafdeling en zorg je ervoor dat operaties veilig en soepel kunnen doorgaan. Je houdt je bezig met: - Het ontvangen en sorteren van gebruikt OK-instrumentarium; - Het reinigen en desinfecteren volgens de geldende protocollen; - Het controleren van instrumenten op werking en beschadigingen; - Het samenstellen en verpakken van sets; - Het steriliseren van instrumentarium; - Het vrijgeven en registreren in de CSA-systemen; - Het signaleren van afwijkingen en storingen; - Het samenwerken met operatieassistenten, logistiek en infectiepreventie, vooral bij drukte en spoed.
