The posting

Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorg je voor de vertaalslag van de afgesloten contracten naar een vlekkeloze operationele uitvoering. Jij coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden met betrekking tot klantopdrachten en houd je bezig met de administratieve afwikkeling hiervan.

Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, van de coördinatie van railverkeer tot het aanmaken van douanedocumenten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Controleren van opdrachten en actie ondernemen bij onvolledigheden.
  • Administratief verwerken van werkopdrachten in het ERP-systeem.
  • Opvolgen van scheeps- en truckplanning.
  • Ondersteunen van de expeditie-activiteiten en afhandelen van inkomende documentatie.
  • Aanname en controle van documentatie bij truckorders.
  • Verzorgen van rapportages en klantoverzichten.
  • Creëren en verwerken van douane- en inklaringsdocumenten.
  • Opleiding: Minimaal beroepssecundair onderwijs (A2), bij voorkeur richting logistieke dienstverlening.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring in de logistiek, chemische opslag of klantenservice is een pré.
  • Talenkennis: Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Engels goed. Kennis van Frans of Duits is een plus.
  • IT-vaardigheden: Je hebt ervaring met MS Office en ERP-systemen.
