Krijg jij energie van complexe technische berekeningen, het optimaliseren van bestaande machines én het ontwikkelen van nieuwe oplossingen? Dan is de functie van CTO Engineer bij Tummers Simon Dryers Technology jou op het lijf geschreven. Dit ga je doen als CTO Engineer Als CTO Engineer bij Tummers Simon Dryers Technology werk je aan de techniek achter onze droogmachines. Je analyseert, standaardiseert, onderhoudt en verbetert bestaande machines én ontwikkelt nieuwe uitvoeringen en formaten. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de machine als geheel, maar werk je ook de kleinste technische details zorgvuldig uit. Je houdt je bezig met uiteenlopende technische vraagstukken op het gebied van onder andere mechanica, thermodynamica, stromingsleer en pneumatiek. Je voert berekeningen uit, stelt functionele omschrijvingen op voor de elektrische besturing en bouwt machines op in DriveWorks. Daarnaast zorg je voor hoogwaardige 3D-modellen en productietekeningen die als basis dienen voor de productie. CTO Engineer zijn is een combinatie van engineering en praktijk. Zo voer je hydrodruktesten uit op drukapparatuur, ondersteun je bij producttesten in het Innovation Center en vertaal je de resultaten naar verbeteringen in onze machines. Ook denk je actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van onze producten en processen, zowel binnen als buiten de Engineering-afdeling. Je bent bovendien een technisch aanspreekpunt voor collega's.
