Votre mission : sublimer l'expérience gastronomique de nos visiteurs

Vous participez à la mise en valeur d'une gastronomie chinoise authentique, élaborée avec rigueur et savoir-faire.

Votre art culinaire au quotidien :

  • Vous confectionnez les plats typiques de la cuisine chinoise, avec une bonne maîtrise de la cuisson au wok
  • Vous suivez fidèlement les méthodes culinaires traditionnelles pour offrir des saveurs authentiques et une qualité régulière
  • Vous organisez efficacement votre poste afin de garantir un service rapide, fluide et soigné
  • Vous appliquez rigoureusement les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire, et maintenez votre environnement de travail propre
  • Vous assurez le suivi des stocks et des commandes pour garantir la fraîcheur et la qualité des produits utilisés
  • Vous travaillez en étroite coordination avec les membres de l'équipe pour assurer un service cohérent et de qualité
  • Vous contribuez à la création de nouvelles recettes et participez à l'enrichissement de notre carte.

Votre rigueur opérationnelle :

  • Réceptionnez et contrôlez la qualité des marchandises
  • Gérez les stocks intelligemment en appliquant le principe FIFO
  • Maintenez votre espace de travail et vos ustensiles dans un état impeccable
  • Respectez la chaîne du froid et les normes HACCP sans compromis

Votre expérience :

  • Vous disposez d'un diplôme en restauration ou d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans un poste équivalent
  • Vous maîtrisez les différentes techniques de la cuisine chinoise : wok, vapeur, friture, grillade, découpe, élaboration de sauces, ainsi que d'autres méthodes traditionnelles
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des ingrédients, épices et procédés qui caractérisent la cuisine chinoise

Votre savoir-être :

  • Vous faites preuve d'organisation, de rigueur et d'un souci constant de la qualité dans vos préparations
  • Vous savez vous adapter et conserver votre sang-froid durant les périodes de rush
  • Vous appréciez le travail collectif et contribuez à une ambiance de travail positive

Votre disponibilité :

  • Vous êtes flexible : les week-ends, jours fériés et horaires coupés font partie du rythme de la restauration
  • Vous êtes prêt(e) à vous investir dans les moments d'affluence du parc
