beleving waar smaak, verfijning en topkwaliteit centraal staan. Als chef ben jij de spil in onze

keuken, met de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor het creëren van onvergetelijke

gerechten die onze gasten zullen verrassen en inspireren.

Profiel

In deze rol ben je de spil van de keuken en verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van

hoogwaardige, seizoensgebonden gerechten. Je krijgt de vrijheid om je creativiteit te tonen

en zorgt tegelijk voor een georganiseerde keuken, efficiënt voorraadbeheer en de selectie

van topkwaliteit leveranciers. Basiskennis van HACCP is wenselijk om hygiëne en

voedselveiligheid te garanderen.

Dit is jouw kans om jouw culinaire visie tot leven te brengen en een nieuw gastronomisch

concept vorm te geven. Je stelt verfijnde menu's samen die inspelen op seizoenen en

gastenvoorkeuren. Daarnaast zorg je voor de opmaak en presentatie van gerechten, die net

zo indrukwekkend zijn als hun smaken.

Jobgerelateerde competenties

● Het opstellen van menu's en het berekenen van de prijzen.

● Het plannen van het keukenpersoneel op basis van de verwachte drukte en de

voortgang van de voorbereidingen.

● Leveranciers selecteren, onderhandelen over contracten en de kwaliteit van

geleverde producten controleren.

● Voorraadbeheer: bestellingen plaatsen, tekorten vaststellen en de voorraad

optimaliseren.

● Het naleven van de werkprocedures en regels voor voedselveiligheid.

● Supervisie over de bereiding van de gerechten en controle van de presentatie en

opmaak.

● Nieuwe gerechten en recepten ontwikkelen binnen het beschikbare budget en op

basis van seizoensgebonden ingrediënten.
