We zijn op zoek naar een Customer Account Controller om het Customer Fulfilment-team te versterken. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het volledige orderafhandelingsproces voor belangrijke klantaccounts. Je zorgt ervoor dat producten nauwkeurig, tijdig en conform de verwachtingen van de klant worden geleverd. Als primair aanspreekpunt voor klanten werk je nauw samen met Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistiek en Finance om een uitmuntende service te bieden en tegelijk de bedrijfsprestaties te ondersteunen in een dynamische FMCG-omgeving.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Klantorders beheren van ontvangst tot levering met behulp van SAP.
  • Fungeren als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor toegewezen klantaccounts.
  • Coördineren van de productieplanning en orderafhandelingsactiviteiten.
  • Beheren van orderwijzigingen, annuleringen, allocaties en klantvragen.
  • Leveringen opvolgen en samenwerken met logistieke dienstverleners om een optimale servicekwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Opstellen van verkoop-, voorraad- en prognoserapporten en -analyses.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij vraagplanning (demand planning) en forecasting voor klanten.
  • Monitoren van KPI's, waaronder OTIF (On-Time In-Full) en voorraadbeheer.
  • Sterke klantrelaties opbouwen via regelmatige communicatie en klantbezoeken.
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne belanghebbenden binnen Sales, Operations, Finance, Technical Services en Graphics.

Profiel

  • Relevante ervaring in Customer Fulfilment, Customer Service, Order Management of Supply Chain binnen een FMCG-omgeving.
  • Ervaring met het beheren van relaties met grote klantaccounts.
  • Sterke vaardigheden in SAP en Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
  • Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en capaciteiten op het vlak van stakeholdermanagement.
  • Een klantgerichte, proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Het vermogen om effectief onder druk te werken en meerdere prioriteiten te beheren.
  • Ervaring met het werken in multidisciplinaire teams binnen een internationale context.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
