In deze functie combineer je empathie met oplossingsgericht denken. Je luistert actief naar de behoeften van klanten en schakelt snel om passende oplossingen te bieden.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket als Customer Advisor:

  • Adviseren van bestuurders bij de keuze van hun nieuwe bedrijfswagen via e-mail en telefoon
  • Proactief communiceren met alle betrokken partijen, waaronder leveranciers, om een vlotte opvolging te garanderen
  • Ondersteunen van bestuurders bij al hun vragen over het gebruik en beheer van hun bedrijfswagen
  • Samenwerken met de HR- en aankoopafdeling om wagenparkprocessen efficiënt te organiseren en continu te optimaliseren
  • Kwaliteit van algemene database controleren
  • Wagenparkprocessen organiseren en optimaliseren voor een soepele werking
  • Onderhoud datakwaliteit van de online car configurator

De gezochte Customer Advisor:

  • Een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en goede kennis Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en behoudt overzicht in een veelzijdige functie
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en het vermogen om snel nieuwe IT-toepassingen te leren.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in team kunnen werken met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, klantgericht, sociaal en energiek.
  • Affiniteit met de fleetwereld is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
