Vous souhaitez contribuer activement à la transition énergétique et accompagner les utilisateurs de véhicules électriques ? En tant que Conseiller·ère Clientèle Technique & Commerciale trilingue, vous serez au cœur de l'innovation, guidant les clients dans l’univers en pleine croissance de la mobilité électrique. Ce poste est fait pour vous si vous aimez offrir un service client de qualité tout en relevant des défis techniques et commerciaux.

Au quotidien, vous prenez en charge les demandes des clients par téléphone, e-mail et autres canaux de communication. Vous conseillez les clients sur les solutions de recharge et les services associés, assurez un support technique de premier niveau, diagnostiquez les problèmes courants et veillez au suivi administratif des dossiers clients. Votre approche professionnelle et orientée solutions garantit une expérience client optimale.

  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et du néerlandais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
  • Capacité à communiquer aisément en anglais
  • Diplôme de l'enseignement secondaire supérieur
  • Intérêt marqué pour le service client et les sujets techniques
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques
  • Flexibilité pour assurer des horaires variables (entre 7h00 et 22h00, du lundi au dimanche)
  • Esprit adaptable et flexible
  • Rigueur administrative
  • Possession d’un ordinateur portable ou PC personnel équipé de Windows 11 pour le télétravail
  • Présence obligatoire sur site pendant la formation et l’intégration
  • Aucun congé possible durant la formation et les deux premiers mois suivant l’entrée en fonction
  • Test écrit en français et néerlandais prévu lors du processus de sélection
