Als medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de correcte en snelle behandeling van alarmmeldingen en noodsituaties. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het bewaken van de veiligheid van klanten en zorgt ervoor dat elke situatie professioneel en volgens procedure wordt opgevolgd.

Je komt terecht in een operationele omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid, snelheid en kalm blijven onder druk essentieel zijn.

  • Je verwerkt binnenkomende alarmmeldingen zoals inbraak-, brand-, CO- en noodoproepen.
  • Je beoordeelt elke melding zorgvuldig en neemt snel de gepaste beslissingen.
  • Je contacteert indien nodig bewakingsagenten, hulpdiensten of de politie voor verdere opvolging.
  • Je handelt dossiers nauwkeurig af volgens de geldende procedures en richtlijnen.
  • Je staat klanten telefonisch te woord en biedt ondersteuning in dringende situaties.
  • Je werkt vlot met diverse softwaretoepassingen en registreert alle ondernomen acties correct.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en handelt doordacht, ook wanneer de druk hoog ligt.
  • Je blijft rustig en gefocust in stressvolle of dringende situaties.
  • Je kan snel analyseren en correct beslissingen nemen binnen procedures.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en een goede luisteraar.
  • Je werkt graag gestructureerd en volgens duidelijke richtlijnen.
  • Je bent comfortabel met computers en digitale systemen.
  • Je bent bereid om in een flexibel shiftsysteem te werken (dag, avond, nacht, weekend en feestdagen).
  • Je bent een teamplayer met een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin.
