FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Jij kiest resoluut voor de klant Als Customer Service Advisor ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt via telefoon, e-mail, chat en/of sms

Je begeleidt klanten professioneel en zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte afhandeling van hun vragen, ondersteund door duidelijke processen en tools.

  • Klanten help je telefonisch en schriftelijk verder in het Nederlands en het Frans
  • Vragen analyseer je snel en je komt tot een gepaste oplossing of voorstel
  • Tussen verschillende klanten, dossiers en systemen schakel je vlot
  • Na elk contact zorg je voor een correcte en beknopte registratie in het systeem
  • Procedures pas je nauwkeurig toe en je bewaakt de kwaliteit van elke interactie
  • Werken met meerdere tools en schermen tegelijk gaat je vlot af Je werkt in een flexibel uurrooster van maandag tot zondag tussen 8u en 22u, waarbij je planning minstens 3 weken op voorhand wordt gecommuniceerd.
  • De functie wordt uitgeoefend vanuit Diegem, met de mogelijkheid om na verloop van tijd (gedeeltelijk) van thuis uit te werken.

PROFIEL

  • Vlot en professioneel communiceren in het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Actief luisteren en klantgericht handelen zitten in je natuur
  • Empathisch ingesteld en sterk in het omgaan met verschillende situaties en druk
  • Snel nieuwe informatie oppikken en gestructureerd kunnen werken
  • Vlot kunnen multitasken en schakelen tussen verschillende systemen
  • Digitale vaardigheden: comfortabel werken met meerdere applicaties en schermen tegelijk

AANBOD

  • Je komt terecht in een afwisselende functie binnen een collegiaal en hecht team, waar samenwerking centraal staat.
  • We investeren in jouw groei via coaching, opleidingen en concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden.
  • Daarnaast bieden we een interimcontract volgens de geldende wetgeving, met een verloning conform PC 200 – klasse B.
  • Voor een voltijdse tewerkstelling (38u) ligt het brutoloon tussen € 2.336,25 en € 2.820,99, afhankelijk van je werkervaring.
  • Na 3 maanden ontvang je maaltijdcheques van € 9,50 per gewerkte dag.
