The posting

Wij zijn op zoek naar Customer Care Agents voor een fleet bedrijf in Vilvoorde. Zij bieden een full service aan hun klanten op vlak van poolwagenbeheer. De services die zij leveren situeren zich in schade-expertise, fleet administratie, cleaning, technische controle, transport en parking solutions.

Als Customer Care Agent ben je één van de spilfiguren in het serviceproces van jouw klanten. Je vormt het aanspreekpunt voor de klanten en hun bestuurders en staat in voor de volledige behandeling van hun vloot aan bedrijfswagens.

Taken:

  • Je behandelt aanvragen van klanten voor de inname en levering van wagens via e-mail, telefoon en de online tool.
  • Je begeleidt en volgt herstellingen aan wagens administratief op gedurende het volledige serviceproces, in samenwerking met je teammanager en collegas.
  • Je registreert alle informatie met betrekking tot de dagelijkse opdrachten volledig in de online tool en houdt deze up-to-date met het oog op rapportering aan de klant en correcte facturatie.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte uitvoering van de operationele processen met betrekking tot de inname en levering van wagens.
  • Je stelt werkopdrachten op en bezorgt deze aan de betrokken operationele teams voor uitvoering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je team en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met verschillende interne en externe afdelingen.
  • Je rapporteert aan je teammanager en werkt samen aan het oplossen van complexe vragen of problemen. Je denkt actief mee en zoekt gericht naar passende oplossingen.
  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma of je hebt het denk- en werkniveau.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een customer care waarvan ook een ervaring met fleet-opvolging.
  • Je bent servicegericht en flexibel, Zo vind je het bijvoorbeeld niet erg om eens in te springen voor je collega's aan de receptie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van gesproken en geschreven Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je kan je goed behelpen met Word en Excel en hebt een digitale knobbel.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een flexibel uurrooster in 3 shiften tussen 7u30 en 18u (7u30-16u20 / 8u30-17u20 / 9u10-18u).
