YOUR JOB

Ben je woonachtig in Brussel of Vlaams-Brabant en werk je graag klantgericht? Dan is deze functie zeker iets voor jou!

Als Customer Relations consultant ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel inbound als outbound oproepen binnen de Customer Service afdeling. Je analyseert de behoeften en vragen van klanten en denkt proactief mee over een passende oplossing. Indien nodig verwijs je hen door naar de juiste afdeling. Daarnaast bouw en onderhoud je sterke relaties met klanten, tussenpersonen en partners. Samen met je collega’s van de klantendienst streef je naar een optimale klantentevredenheid.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en kan bestaan uit:

  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon, mail of chat;
  • Opvolgen van dossiers en klachtenbehandeling;
  • Administratieve verwerking van klantgegevens;
  • Inside sales (support);
  • Fungeren als verbindingspersoon tussen diensten om klantgerichte oplossingen aan te reiken.

Je werkt op tijdelijke projecten bij klanten in verschillende sectoren. Flexibiliteit is dus essentieel: je past je snel aan en houdt van een dynamische omgeving.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt een eerste werkervaring in customer service, sales support, dossierbeheer of een gelijkaardige functie achter de rug.
  • Je drukt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk moeiteloos uit in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit telefonisch contact. Je staat namelijk dagelijks in contact met de klant via mail en telefoon.
  • Je klantgerichtheid en commerciële ingesteldheid typeren jou.
  • Je neemt initiatief en gaat probleemoplossend aan de slag.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
