We zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die via een opleigingstraject graag aan de slag wil binnen de verzekeringssector.

We zoeken iemand die energie krijgt van klantencontact, administratieve opvolging en het correct behandelen van dossiers. Je komt terecht in een professionele omgeving waar je jouw ervaring binnen verzekeringen verder kan inzetten en ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ondersteunt klanten via telefoon en mail bij verzekeringsgerelateerde vragen
  • Je analyseert de vragen van de klant en biedt een gepaste oplossing
  • Je volgt dossiers correct en nauwkeurig op
  • Je verwerkt informatie en documenten volgens de juiste procedures
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders
  • Je zorgt voor een kwalitatieve en klantgerichte opvolging

Wie zoeken we?:
