Op zoek naar een job in customer service, maar geen zin in een klassiek callcenter met targets en druk?

Bij Jobinson kom je vast in dienst en word je ingezet bij onze klant 24+ (een joint venture van KBC en VAB). Je werkt dus als Jobinson-consultant, maar voert je opdracht dagelijks uit bij 24+ in Berchem (Antwerpen).

Je krijgt de kans om klanten écht verder te helpen in een omgeving waar kwaliteit altijd voorop staat. Hier draait het niet om cijfers, maar om mensen. Geen scripts, geen strikte calltijden, maar échte gesprekken. Je krijgt de tijd en ruimte om elke klant de service te bieden die hij of zij verdient.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Customer Care Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van KBC (Daily Banking).

Jouw missie? Klanten professioneel én mensgericht verder helpen.

  • Je helpt klanten telefonisch met vragen rond hun bankzaken
  • Je luistert actief en analyseert de vraag (ook als die niet meteen duidelijk is)
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht mee en begeleidt klanten stap voor stap
  • Je motiveert klanten om zelfredzaam te worden in de app
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging
  • Je maakt bij elk contact het verschil met jouw communicatie en empathie

Wij zoeken iemand die

  • Energie krijgt van klantcontact en vlot communiceert.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands spreekt én goed Frans of Engels beheerst
  • Klantgericht én empathisch is
  • Sterk is in analyseren en doorvragen
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werkt
  • Zich goed voelt in een gestructureerde werkomgeving
  • Stipt en verantwoordelijk is
  • Belangrijk: maturiteit en attitude maken écht het verschil
  • Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must
