Vanwege de snelle groei van ons bedrijf, zijn we per direct op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en servicegerichte Customer Care Employee voor ons te gekke hoofdkantoor in Rotterdam. Bij Fresh 'n Rebel vinden we het heel belangrijk om de eindgebruiker tevreden te houden, blij te maken en te verrassen. Als Customer Care Employee zal je daar een grote bijdrage aan leveren. Je bent in deze functie verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie van alle service gerelateerde zaken en continu bezig met het professioneel afhandelen van online klantvragen. Je werkt daarin proactief samen met je collega's van verschillende afdelingen. Dus, wat ga je doen? Voor elke eindgebruiker die ons benadert, ben jij het eerste online aanspreekpunt. Vragen komen binnen via e-mail en onze sociale mediakanalen (Facebook en Instagram). Aan jou de taak om deze vragen online te beantwoorden en goed af te handelen. Daarbij is het erg belangrijk dat je uitdraagt wie we zijn en waar we voor staan. Je benadert alles met een Fresh 'n Rebel touch die de eindgebruiker blij maakt.
