Maak impact met heldere communicatie, zorgvuldige opvolging, tweetalige service en een klantgerichte aanpak Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en helpt hen verder bij vragen over bestellingen, installaties, contracten, facturatie en technische dossiers. Zo maak je elke dag het verschil voor onze klanten én voor onze dienstverlening.

Wat deze rol inhoudt

  • Je komt terecht in een afwisselende functie waarin klantcontact, administratie en samenwerking samenkomen. Je start in één team en leert van daaruit geleidelijk ook de andere werkdomeinen binnen Customer Care kennen, zoals het Installations Team, het Order & Invoicing Team, het Existing Customers Team en het Technical Team.
  • Je helpt klanten telefonisch en per mail verder in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je draait mee in een permanentieregel, zodat klantencalls ook op drukke momenten goed opgevangen worden en onze bereikbaarheid verzekerd blijft.
  • Je verwerkt dossiers rond bestellingen, installaties, contracten, facturatie, verhuisdocumenten en technische planning.
  • Je plant afspraken en opvolgacties zorgvuldig in en bewaakt mee de kwaliteit en continuïteit van onze service.
  • Je werkt met tools zoals Salesforce, Genesys, Business Central en MS Office.
  • Je denkt actief mee na over verbeteringen en helpt zo mee aan de verdere uitbouw van het team.

We zorgen voor een warme en heldere start. Tijdens je inwerkperiode maak je stap voor stap kennis met onze systemen, processen en manier van werken. Daarbij kan je rekenen op de ondersteuning van je collega’s en leidinggevende.

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans (minimum niveau C1) en schakelt moeiteloos tussen beide talen in je contact met klanten.
  • Je hebt ervaring in customer care, administratie of een gelijkaardige functie waarin klantcontact centraal staat.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, communiceert helder en houdt overzicht in een afwisselend takenpakket.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt in oplossingen en voelt je goed in een rol met autonomie én samenwerking.
  • Ervaring met technische dossiers, planning of facturatie is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je mindset, energie en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk als je diploma.
