Reageer dan snel! Over het werk Als customer care medewerker ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, installateurs en de meldkamer. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen snel en goed wordt geholpen. Zo kunnen klanten bij jou terecht met vragen over het bestellen of aanmelden van een systeem, hun contract of wanneer zij bijvoorbeeld hun wachtwoord zijn vergeten. Ook installateurs weten jou te vinden wanneer zij tegen een technische uitdaging aanlopen. Lukt het bijvoorbeeld niet om een systeem goed in te bouwen of te testen? Dan ga je samen met de installateur op zoek naar de oorzaak en loop je aan de hand van een stappenplan door de verschillende mogelijkheden om het probleem op te lossen. Daarnaast zorg je voor de administratieve verwerking van systeemtesten, houd je contact met de meldkamer over de status van voertuigen en zorg je ervoor dat klanten en voertuigen correct worden aangemeld en alle benodigde informatie ontvangen. Kortom: een veelzijdige functie waarin klantcontact, techniek en administratie samenkomen en geen dag hetzelfde is!
