Wil jij het verschil maken voor klanten en ervoor zorgen dat iedere klant met een goed gevoel geholpen wordt? Als customer care medewerker ben jij het gezicht van een snelgroeiende e-commerce bedrijf en zorg je ervoor dat vragen, bestellingen en serviceverzoeken van A tot Z goed worden opgevolgd.

Een veelzijdige functie voor iemand die graag met mensen werkt, oplossingsgericht denkt en energie krijgt van tevreden klanten.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je vormt de schakel tussen de klant en onze adviseurs en monteurs.
  • Je plant afspraken in, rekening houdend met de beschikbaarheid van onze medewerkers en de wensen van de klant.
  • Je staat klanten telefonisch en per e-mail te woord en beantwoordt hun vragen over bestellingen, garanties en serviceaanvragen.
  • Je verwerkt klantgegevens en afspraken zorgvuldig in ons systeem.
  • Je komt terecht in een klein en hecht team van vijf collega’s op ons kantoor in Kontich, waar een fijne en informele sfeer centraal staat.
  • Ook naast het werk maken we tijd voor elkaar. Denk aan gezellige vrijdagmiddagborrels, teambuildings en leuke uitstapjes zoals een festival.

Jouw profiel:

  • 32 uur tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je werkt één avonddienst en 2 zaterdagen per maand.
  • Je werkt graag gestructureerd en weet goed het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Je communiceert op een duidelijke, vriendelijke en klantgerichte manier.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf continu verder te ontwikkelen.
