Jouw takenpakket

  • Je ondersteunt het Customer Care Team bij diverse administratieve en organisatorische taken.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt tussen interne collega's, klanten en externe partners.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en consumenten op een professionele en klantgerichte manier.
  • Je verwerkt administratieve dossiers nauwkeurig en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Je draagt bij aan een vlotte dagelijkse werking door overzicht te bewaren en prioriteiten te stellen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld binnen Office Management, Communicatie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt een sterke servicegerichte ingesteldheid en haalt energie uit contact met klanten en collega's.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent een enthousiaste starter of hebt al een eerste administratieve ervaring opgebouwd.
