Customer Care Medewerker | Antwerpen

Jouw uitdaging

Als Customer Care Officer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en tussenpersonen. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat elke vraag correct en efficiënt wordt behandeld.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je beantwoordt inkomende telefoongesprekken of verbindt klanten door naar de juiste collega.
  • Je behandelt e-mails en andere schriftelijke vragen op een professionele manier.
  • Je voert diverse administratieve taken uit en zoekt de nodige informatie op om klanten correct verder te helpen.
  • Je helpt mee bij de dagelijkse werkverdeling binnen het team en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een vlotte permanentie.
  • Je luistert naar de behoeften van klanten en denkt actief mee aan de beste oplossing.
  • Je draagt bij aan een kwalitatieve en warme dienstverlening waarin de klant altijd centraal staat.

Wie ben jij?

Jij haalt energie uit het helpen van mensen en werkt graag nauwkeurig. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt minstens twee jaar relevante ervaring in een klantgerichte administratieve functie.
  • Je werkt vlot met verschillende computerprogramma's.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands én Frans.
  • Je bent vriendelijk, commercieel ingesteld en denkt steeds in oplossingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief correct.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je bent flexibel en past je gemakkelijk aan in een dynamische werkomgeving.
