  • Beheer inkomende telefoons, mails en berichten en bied klanten een professionele oplossing voor hun vraag.
  • Plan afspraken in en zorg voor een efficiënte coördinatie tussen verschillende interne diensten.
  • Stel werkopdrachten op en zorg voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Communiceer vlot met collega's en waarborg een optimale informatie-uitwisseling rond klantdossiers.
  • Neem proactief contact op met klanten en draag bij aan een uitstekende klantenervaring.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en zet klanttevredenheid altijd op de eerste plaats.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en denkt oplossingsgericht mee met klanten.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent een leergierige teamplayer die snel nieuwe systemen en processen oppikt.
