Als Customer Care Medewerker help je klanten en installateurs deskundig verder en draag je eraan bij dat slimme systemen optimaal functioneren. Over de functie In de functie van Customer Care Medewerker combineer je service, administratie en techniek. Je ondersteunt klanten en installateurs en zorgt tegelijkertijd dat de processen achter de schermen zorgvuldig verlopen. Omdat IT en slimme systemen een belangrijke rol spelen, schakel je gedurende de dag tussen uiteenlopende werkzaamheden. - Je staat klanten en installateurs telefonisch te woord en ondersteunt hen bij vragen, verzoeken en storingen. - Abonnementen beheer, wijzig en verwerk je als onderdeel van je dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Met zorg voer je activaties van telematicasystemen uit en houd je in de gaten of deze correct werken. - Mogelijkhed...
