Een klant heeft een vraag over een levering. Een chauffeur loopt ergens tegenaan. Een order moet worden aangepast. De planning verandert. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat het wordt opgelost. Als Customer Care Medewerker bij Jan Krediet ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze klanten, transporteurs, chauffeurs en collega's. Je hebt veel contact, schakelt snel en zorgt ervoor dat klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Geen dag is hetzelfde. En juist dat maakt deze functie interessant. Bij Jan Krediet werken we al meer dan 100 jaar aan logistieke oplossingen. Nu zoeken we versterking voor onze afdeling Customer Care in Steenwijk. Customer Care Medewerker Locatie: Steenwijk | 32-40 uur per week Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Care Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat vragen worden beantwoord, afspraken worden nagekomen en problemen worden opgelost. Je hebt veel contact met klanten, transporteurs, chauffeurs en collega's. Daarbij houd je overzicht over verschillende orders en zendingen. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Je hebt dagelijks contact met nationale en internationale klanten via telefoon en e-mail. - Je houdt klanten actief op de hoogte van de status van hun orders en zendingen. - Je schakelt met collega's van Customer Care, Planning en Warehouse. - Je stemt af met transporteurs en chauffeurs wanneer dat nodig is. - Je verwerkt orders en zorgt dat de administratie klopt. - Je beantwoordt vragen en zorgt dat afspraken en acties worden op...
