Dan ben jij misschien wel dé nieuwe Firstline Helpdesk Specialist die we zoeken! Je zal de kans krijgen om in een dynamische omgeving te werken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen met een breed pakket aan opleidingen.

Als Helpdesk Specialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de B2B-klanten in de retailsector. Je zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling van klantvragen en technische verzoeken volgens bestaande procedures en werkinstructies. Je taken bestaan uit:

  • Klantoproepen neem je aan en registreer je correct in het ticketsysteem.
  • De probleemsituatie analyseer en diagnosticeer je en indien nodig, zet je hem ook door naar de juiste afdeling (zoals second line support).
  • Klanten voorzie je van heldere feedback en je verbetert continu de werkinstructies om de kwaliteit van de service hoog te houden.
  • Bij rustige momenten mag je je tijd gebruiken voor opleidingen zowel intern als extern
  • Of je neemt gewoon een koffiepauze met collega’s en wisselt ideeën uit.
  • Of je nu een Office365-wizard of een doorgewinterde gamer bent, jouw interesse in IT en klantgerichtheid maken je de perfecte kandidaat!
  • Nederlands en Frans heb je volledig onder de knie.
  • Je bent bereid om in wisselende diensten en ook in het weekend te werken.
  • Problemen pluis je met plezier uit om klanten tevreden te stellen.
