Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Customer Care Officer?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de Benelux en Franse markt.
  • Bestellingen ingeven en opvolgen van A tot Z waarvoor je nauw samenwerkt met interne diensten.
  • Klanten te woord staan bij vragen of problemen omtrent hun bestelling, levertermijn, etc.
  • Je ondersteunt het salesteam zoals bijvoorbeeld bij het zorgen voor samples.
  • Het verzorgen van commerciële administratie van offertes tot facturatie.
  • Daarnaast ontvang je klanten in de showroom te Roeselare.
