Jobomschrijving

In deze commerciële rol ben jij de spil tussen klanten, sales en interne diensten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, correct en commercieel efficiënt verloopt.

  • Je beheert het volledige commerciële orderproces: van invoer tot levering en opvolging
  • Je behandelt klantvragen, retourzendingen, facturatie en transportdossiers op een professionele en commerciële manier
  • Je ondersteunt het sales team administratief en houdt klantgegevens up-to-date in het ERP-systeem
  • Je communiceert helder en commercieel met klanten en interne stakeholders
  • Je neemt proactief contact op met klanten tijdens commerciële acties en volgt leads nauwgezet op
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en genereert extra sales
  • Je koppelt fouten of vertragingen transparant terug naar de klant en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je begeleidt klanten in het gebruik van de webshop en denkt mee over optimalisaties
  • Je bewaakt commerciële afspraken en durft collega’s hierop aan te spreken

Jij bent een commercieel talent met een hands-on mentaliteit en een sterke drive om resultaten te behalen.

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst of customer service (B2B is een plus)
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en haalt energie uit klantcontact en sales
  • Je communiceert vlot, duidelijk en professioneel in het Nederlands én Frans
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief waar nodig
  • Je bent flexibel en schakelt snel in een dynamische omgeving
  • Je hebt een analytische mindset en kan goed overweg met cijfers en tools (ERP/CRM zoals Salesforce)
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Je durft grenzen stellen en staat stevig in je schoenen binnen een commerciële context
