Ter uitbreiding van ons Customer Care team zoeken we een extra Customer Care officer. Plaats van tewerkstelling is Antwerpen of Luik.

Jouw uitdaging Als Customer Care Officer ben jij als tussenpersoon verantwoordelijk voor een optimale dienstverlening aan onze klanten.

Wat je doet als Customer Care Officer bij DELA Elke werkdag bij DELA draait om betekenisvol contact. In deze rol komt het erop aan om:

  • Binnenkomende telefoongesprekken op te nemen, onmiddellijk te beantwoorden of door te verbinden met de juist afdeling
  • Schriftelijke correspondentie zoals e-mails te behandelen
  • Administratieve taken uit te voeren, informatie op te zoeken en klanten gericht verder te helpen
  • De dagelijkse werkverdeling en permanentie af te stemmen met collega’s en je verantwoordelijke
  • Verschillende klantbehoeften te herkennen en om te zetten in passende oplossingen.

Wie jij bent (en wat jij meebrengt) Volgende troeven zoeken we in jou:

  • Een bachelordiploma of minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Vlotte omgang met verschillende ICT-toepassingen
  • Zeer goede beheersing van het Frans en Nederlands (gesproken en geschreven), waarbij je met je vlotte communicatiestijl moeiteloos een sterke indruk maakt
  • Het vermogen om vragen van de klanten op een klantvriendelijke, commerciële en oplossingsgerichte manier te beantwoorden
  • Nauwkeurigheid, stiptheid en snelheid in je adminstratieve verwerking
  • Een teamgerichte mindset, gecombineerd met het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken
  • Sterk aanpassingsvermogen en flexibiliteit.
