The posting

Als Customer Care Officer Driver Reception kom je terecht op onze nieuwste site in Evergem. We zoeken hiervoor een allround medewerker met een drive en passie voor alles rond logistiek, magazijn en transport. Je takenpakket zal voornamelijk bestaan uit:

  • Ontvangen en registreren van vrachtwagenchauffeurs bij aankomst in ons magazijn.
  • Nagaan van de transportopdracht en verwerken van bijbehorende administratie (CMR’s, zendnota’s, etc.) in onze systemen.
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte afhandeling van de transportopdracht, hiervoor sta je in nauw contact met de Supervisor die op zijn beurt de magazijniers zal aansturen voor het laden of lossen van de vracht.
  • Bewaken van uniforme en correcte data binnen onze systemen door het strikt volgen van de magazijnprocessen en procedures.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de interne informatie- en documentenstroom binnen ons magazijn.
  • Je zal bijdragen aan een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving

Je stapt mee in de opbouw van een gloednieuwe EUTRACO site. Dat vraagt flexibiliteit en engagement: de eerste maanden kunnen intensiever zijn, waarbij jouw inzet een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan een succesvolle uitbouw van de site en het team. Jouw rechtstreekse verantwoordelijke is onze Operations Manager met wie je nauw samenwerkt en waarop je altijd kan terugvallen voor de nodige vragen en begeleiding.

  • Prioriteiten stellen, plannen en organiseren ligt in je natuur.
  • Vlot overweg kunnen met MS Office en een kennis van Navision / Navitrans is een pluspunt.
  • Om de nodige resultaten te behalen denk je oplossingsgericht en neem je zelf initatief. Je bent een gedreven persoon.
  • De klant staat op de eerste plaats: je bent dus zelf pas tevreden wanneer de klant dit is.
  • Communiceren kan je in het Nederlands en het Engels. Franse en/of andere talen zijn een groot pluspunt.
  • Het belangrijkste is dat je vooral heel veel goesting hebt om er samen met ons in te vliegen, drive en motivatie zijn voor deze rol belangrijker dan kennis of ervaring.
