In deze rol zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van klantendossiers en ondersteun je het sales team vanuit de commerciële binnendienst. De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Customer Care Officer

  • Beheren en opvolgen van het volledige orderproces van bestelling tot levering
  • Ondersteunen van het sales team bij offertes, acties en commerciële dossiers
  • Administratieve opvolging van klantgegevens in het ERP- en CRM-systeem
  • Behandelen van klantvragen, retourzendingen en transportdossiers
  • Opvolgen van facturatie, creditnota’s en eventuele klantgeschillen
  • Proactief contacteren van klanten tijdens commerciële acties of bij openstaande leads
  • Begeleiden van klanten bij het gebruik van de webshop
  • Afstemmen met interne afdelingen om dossiers correct en tijdig af te handelen

  • Minimum twee jaar ervaring binnen customer care of commerciële binnendienst, bij voorkeur B2B
  • Sterke servicegerichte mindset met focus op klanttevredenheid
  • Gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken
  • Hands-on mentaliteit met oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en duidelijke communicatie
  • Goede analytische vaardigheden en vlot met Excel en ERP-systemen
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Teamgerichte ingesteldheid gecombineerd met verantwoordelijkheidszin
