Ben jij klaar voor een dynamische commerciële binnendienstfunctie waar klantcontact, afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan? Lees snel verder!

Jouw rol Customer Care Officer Vlaanderen;

  • Spilfiguur tussen klanten, Sales en interne afdelingen
  • Vlekkeloze orderopvolging van bestelling tot levering
  • Ondersteuning van commerciële dossiers, offertes, verzendingen en promotieacties
  • Klanten actief contacteren tijdens acties en bij openstaande leads
  • Vragen beantwoorden, oplossingen bieden en twijfelende klanten overtuigen
  • Transparant communiceren bij interne fouten of vertragingen
  • Uitvoerig en correct opvolgen van klantgeschillen, retours, facturatie, creditnota’s en transportdossiers
  • Up-to-date houden van het klantenbestand in het ERP-systeem
  • Klanten begeleiden bij het gebruik van de webshop en meedenken over gebruiksvriendelijkheid
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van het Sales team
  • Commerciële acties nauwgezet opvolgen en extra sales genereren
  • Duidelijk aanspreken van collega’s bij het niet naleven van afspraken
  • Je durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en bewaakt je eigen grenzen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Wie zoeken wij voor de functie van Customer Care Officer?

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een customer care of commerciële binnendienstfunctie (bij voorkeur B2B)
  • Proactieve werkhouding, hands-on en oplossingsgericht
  • Sterke servicegerichtheid en nauwkeurigheid
  • Communicatief sterk: direct, duidelijk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Teamplayer die flexibel, gestructureerd en zelfstandig kan werken
  • Gedreven door verantwoordelijkheid, ambitie en leergierigheid
  • Vlot werken met cijfers en na training met ERP-systemen
  • Goede kennis Nederlands én Frans (minstens 7/10); extra Europese talen zijn een plus
  • Bachelor Office Management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
