Als Customer Care Agent in Vilvoorde ben je één van de spilfiguren in het serviceproces van jouw klanten (B2B).

Je vormt het aanspreekpunt voor de klanten en hun bestuurders en staat in voor de volledige behandeling van hun vloot aan bedrijfswagens.

Jouw activiteiten:

• Aanvragen van klanten voor inname en levering van wagens behandelen via mail, telefoon en online tool

• Bepaalde werkzaamheden aan wagens administratief begeleiden en opvolgen

doorheen het hele serviceproces

• Alle info in verband met de dagelijkse opdrachten volledig ingeven in de online tool

en up-to-date houden voor rapportering aan klant en facturatie. Doorlopend rapporteren

is noodzakelijk

• Werkopdrachten uitschrijven & doorgeven aan andere operationele teams voor uitvoering

• Je werkt hierbij in team en staat open voor goede communicatie met verschillende interne en externe afdelingen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Herken jij jezelf in onderstaande vereisten voor de functie van Customer Care Agent in Vilvoorde?

  • Je spreekt vloeiend 3 talen: Nederlands, Frans en Engels, aangezien de klanten drietalig kunnen zijn
  • Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in customer service, klantendienst of administratie
  • Je bent professioneel, communicatief en vlot in de omgang, in alle situaties
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend en resultaatgericht. Daardoor pak je graag werk op een efficiënte manier aan
  • Je bent stressbestendig. Deadlines schrikken je niet af
  • Je kan je goed behelpen met Word en Excel en hebt een digitale knobbel
  • Je bent bereid om in een flexibel uurrooster in 3 shiften tussen 7h30 - 18h00 te werken. De ene week heb je een vroege, de andere week de dag en de volgende week de late
