Locatie: Rotterdam, Sunweb Group kantoor Uren: 40 uur per week Startdatum: November/December 2026 Jouw impact Onze Customer Care-afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor al het contact met onze reizigers. Als Customer Care Specialist ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten die vragen hebben over hun vakantie, boeking of bestemming. Met jouw klantgerichte instelling, communicatievaardigheden en oplossingsgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat iedere klant zich gehoord en geholpen voelt. Jij draagt direct bij aan een positieve klantbeleving en helpt onze reizigers met vertrouwen uit te kijken naar hun vakantie. Wat ga je doen? - Adviseren van klanten over bestemmingen, accommodaties en vakantieproducten. - Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail, WhatsApp, social media en chat. - Ondersteunen van klanten tijdens het boekingsproces. - Verwerken van boekingen in onze systemen. - Toepassen van kortingscodes en andere administratieve wijzigingen in ons boekingssysteem. - Proactief meedenken over oplossingen voor klantvragen en uitdagingen. - Samenwerken met verschillende interne teams om klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen. - Signaleren van terugkerende klantvragen en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen. - Zorgen voor een uitstekende service-ervaring bij ieder klantcontact.
