Voor een gekende speler in de automobielsector zoeken we een Delivery Advisor voor het filiaal in Wijnegem.In deze functie ben jij het gezicht van het aflevermoment: jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten hun nieuwe of tweedehandswagen met een glimlach in ontvangst nemen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Delivery Advisor begeleid je klanten bij één van de belangrijkste momenten in hun aankooptraject.

  • Organiseren & plannen: Je coördineert de voertuigvoorbereiding en plant afleverafspraken zorgvuldig in.
  • Aflevermomenten verzorgen: Je levert voertuigen af met enthousiasme en geeft duidelijke uitleg over functies, technologie en gebruik.
  • Administratieve opvolging: Je zorgt voor een correcte en volledige afhandeling van dossiers (verkoopfiches, databanken, documenten).
  • Advies & service: Je informeert klanten over extra diensten, accessoires en aanbiedingen.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verkoop, werkplaats en administratie om elke klant een kwaliteitsvolle ervaring te bieden.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent klantgericht, professioneel en straalt vertrouwen uit.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent een teamplayer met een positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Ervaring in de automobielsector is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie en attitude zijn doorslaggevend.
