Voor onze klant een prachtige multibrandstore in Aartselaar (vlot bereikbaar langs de A12) zijn wij op zoek naar versterking. Met een oppervlakte van duizenden vierkante meters en een aanbod van meer dan 250 topmerken zijn ze een begrip in de modewereld. Onze klanten komen niet zomaar kleding kopen; ze komen voor advies, service en een totale beleving.

In deze cruciale rol ben jij veel meer dan een administratieve kracht aan het einde van de winkelreis. De kassa is bij ons het belangrijkste eindstation. Jij bent het laatste gezicht dat de klant ziet en degene die ervoor zorgt dat ze met een glimlach én een fantastisch gevoel naar huis gaan.

Wat ga je doen?

· De ultieme afsluiter zijn: Je rekent de aankopen nauwkeurig en vlot af, pakt de kleding prachtig in en bezorgt de klant een warm en voldaan gevoel bij hun aankoop.

· Financieel meesterschap: Je blinkt uit in nauwkeurigheid. Het correct verwerken van betalingen, cadeaubonnen en de kassa-afsluiting is bij jou in betrouwbare handen.

· Servicegericht oplossen: Komt een klant met een retour of een klacht? Jij blijft kalm, luistert empathisch en zoekt altijd naar een correcte, commerciële oplossing waar de klant blij van wordt.

· Dynamische winkelondersteuning: Is het even rustig aan de kassa? Dan verlies je de winkelvloer niet uit het oog. Je springt flexibel bij waar nodig: je houdt de winkel netjes, helpt bij het labelen of verwelkomt klanten.

· Flexibel inzetbaar: Je kiest voor een voltijdse job of een 4/5e regeling. Omdat het weekend onze drukste periode is, is zaterdagwerk voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Daarnaast ben je flexibel om 8 keer per jaar op zondag (tijdens speciale koopzondagen) te werken.
