Dat lukt alleen als we écht begrijpen waar klanten blij van worden en waar ze vastlopen. Als Customer Experience Manager ben jij degene die die inzichten boven tafel haalt én ervoor zorgt dat er iets mee gebeurt. Je maakt de stem van de klant zichtbaar binnen de organisatie. Je werkt samen met teams binnen Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT en Network en helpt hen om betere keuzes te maken voor onze klanten. Je signaleert knelpunten, brengt de impact ervan in kaart en zorgt dat verbeteringen niet op een actielijst blijven staan, maar daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd. Jouw kracht? Je combineert klantinzichten, data en overtuigingskracht om beweging te creëren. Niet omdat je hiërarchisch verantwoordelijk bent, maar omdat je weet waar de klant tegenaan loopt en wat er nodig is om dat op te lossen. Je rapporteert aan de Head of Customer Experience. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met de volgende werkzaamheden: - Je brengt de stem van de klant naar binnen. Je leest NPS-feedback, luistert mee met gesprekken, loopt mee met collega's in de frontline en analyseert klachten. Zo weet je niet alleen wat klanten zeggen, maar vooral wat ze ervaren. - Je zoekt naar de oorzaak achter het probleem. Klantsignalen zijn vaak slechts het topje van de ijsberg. Jij blijft nieuwsgierig totdat je begrijpt wat er echt speelt en kunt onderbouwen hoeveel klanten hierdoor geraakt worden. - Je zet inzichten om in actie. Een probleem signaleren is pas het begin. Je zorgt dat de juiste teams aan de slag gaan, maakt eigenaarschap helder en bewaakt de voortgang totdat de klant daadwerkelijk merkt dat er iets is verbeterd. - Je houdt de organisatie scherp.
