In deze rol lever je een directe bijdrage aan de klantgerichtheid van uiteenlopende organisaties en help je feedback structureel te implementeren en te verankeren. Als Experience Manager CX ben je verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren, aanwakkeren en inbedden van (het werken met) klantfeedback binnen diverse organisaties. Je werkt met zowel continue als relationele metingen, zoals klant- en patiëntfeedback, en zorgt ervoor dat deze inzichten daadwerkelijk bijdragen aan verbetering van de klantbeleving. Je onderhoudt nauwe relaties met jouw opdrachtgevers: je kent de belangrijkste stakeholders en zij weten jou te vinden als sparringpartner en adviseur. Je verdiept je in wat er speelt binnen de organisatie, luistert scherp naar vragen en behoeftes en vertaalt deze naar passende oplossingen. Met jouw rol als bruggenbouwer verbind je klantvragen met onze dienstverlening en het Expoints-platform.
