CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER (M/W/X)

38,5 Wochenstunden · Mo-Sa flexibel

Als Customer Experience Manager (m/w/x) bist du verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Sicherstellung eines herausragenden Kundenerlebnisses im Store. Du stellst sicher, dass jede Kundeninteraktion den Service- und Markenstandards entspricht und trägst so maßgeblich zur Kundenzufriedenheit, Kundenbindung und zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Stores bei.

In dieser Rolle führst, motivierst und entwickelst du ein kundenorientiertes Team. Durch gezieltes Coaching, Schulungen und kontinuierliche Unterstützung befähigst du deine Mitarbeitenden, exzellenten Service zu bieten und positive Kundenerlebnisse zu schaffen.

Mithilfe der Analyse von Kundenfeedback, Servicekennzahlen und operativen Prozessen identifizierst du Optimierungspotenziale und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Customer Journey ein.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Store Management sorgst du dafür, dass das Team über fundierte Produktkenntnisse verfügt, effizient arbeitet und eine einladende sowie inspirierende Einkaufsatmosphäre schafft.

Darüber hinaus spielst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Förderung und Entwicklung von Talenten, unterstützt die Nachfolgeplanung und trägst aktiv zu einer positiven Teamkultur sowie zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung aller kundenrelevanten Prozesse bei.
