The posting

Je neemt een centrale rol op in het uitbouwen van de customer experience rond digitale oplossingen en advanced services voor klanten in de hatchery- en pluimveesector, wereldwijd (met uitzondering van de APAC-regio). Je stuurt mee op marktadoptie, licentiegebruik en klanttevredenheid en werkt daarvoor nauw samen met interne sales en engineering.

Concreet omvat je rol onder meer:

  • Contact leggen met bestaande klanten en prospecten om digitale oplossingen en advanced services proactief te introduceren.
  • Online en live demo's geven om de meerwaarde van deze digitale oplossingen duidelijk te maken voor de werking en performance van de hatchery.
  • Offertes voor digitale oplossingen en services opvolgen, in nauwe samenwerking met area sales managers, sales directors en lokale agenten.
  • De activiteit van klanten monitoren in het gebruik en de adoptie van de digitale oplossingen, en tijdig ingrijpen wanneer extra begeleiding nodig is.
  • Training en ondersteuning voorzien, zowel op afstand als ter plaatse, zodat klanten de software en cloud applicaties correct en efficiënt inzetten.
  • Nauw overleg voeren met interne collega's zoals area sales, sales support, productmanagement en service om klantfeedback te delen en acties af te stemmen.
  • Rapporteren aan de Internal Sales & Engineering Manager in België, met aandacht voor KPI's zoals marktadoptie, churn rate en gemiddelde licentiefee per geïnstalleerde machine.

Je profiel combineert sterke commerciële en consultingvaardigheden met affiniteit voor IT, software en digitale transformatie binnen een industriële omgeving. Je kan op inhoudelijk niveau met klanten meedenken over hun operatie en de impact van digitale oplossingen op hun hatchery.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in sales of account management van IT-gerelateerde producten (software) of diensten.
  • Je werkt als soft seller en consultant: je vertrekt vanuit begrip voor de complexiteit van de klantoperatie en vertaalt dit naar passende digitale oplossingen.
  • Je bent oprecht geïnteresseerd in de digitalisering binnen sectoren zoals de pluimveesector en de nieuwe mogelijkheden die dit biedt.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met software en cloud applicaties en staat ervoor open om je te verdiepen in hatcheries en de bredere poultry industry.
  • Je bent een teamspeler en gelooft in nauw intern overleg met collega's van sales, productmanagement, finance, credit control en installatie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en proactief, met beperkte nood aan directe supervisie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels en het Frans; kennis van het Nederlands is een plus.
  • Je bent bereid om ongeveer 25 à 30% van je tijd internationaal te reizen om het contact met klanten te onderhouden.
