Als Experience Specialist ben jij de go-to persoon voor alles wat met ons platform Expoints (een geavanceerde SaaS-oplossing voor klant- en medewerkerfeedback) te maken heeft. Onze opdrachtgevers en collega's weten jou te vinden, en jij helpt hen om er het maximale uit te halen. Hiervoor zet je nét dat extra stapje. Je werk draait om drie pijlers: Techniek & data, Gebruikerservaring & UX en Advies & ondersteuning. Op dit moment zoeken we specifiek een nieuwe collega die extra affiniteit heeft met Techniek & data. Dat betekent dat jij je gaat verdiepen in de complexiteit van ons platform en de datastromen. Een dag in het leven van een Experience Specialist - Inrichten en aanpassen van vragenlijsten, e-mailuitnodigingen, data-uitwisseling, dashboards en rapportages - Volgen van interne training om ons platform nóg beter te leren kennen - Meedenken en adviseren over de optimale inrichting hiervan - Vragen van opdrachtgevers beantwoorden en operationele taken oppakken - Signaleren en oplossen van (technische) issues, eventueel samen met ons (ontwikkel)team - Testen van nieuwe features binnen ons platform - Je voortgang bijhouden in projectmanagementtools - Werkoverleg met de collega's uit je accountteam of projectgroep - Verzorgen van dashboa...
